Most tire manufactures suggest a minimum tread depth of 3mm (~1/8 inch), and many states require replacement of tires when the tread depth reaches 1.6mm (~1/16 inch). Yes. The readout is approximately 0.34″ (8 mm) high and is backlit in red making it visible in all light conditions.
Can I use the integrated light as a flashlight?
The integrated light has been designed to illuminate the valve stem area when you’re refilling the tires in low light situations. It has not been designed as a flashlight.
